You ordered a 'Message In The Sand Gigeo®
The seller delivered your message according to the specs you submitted. However, the result did not meet your expectations or is far from the example Gigeo® video. In this case, instead of outright rejecting the Gigeo®, you should ask the seller to take another go at it, using 'Got Problems?' link available on the lower right hand corner of the delivery box, but there are no grounds for rejection in this case.

The recipient's name is misspelled in the Gigeo® by the producer of Message In The Sand. Since you submitted the recipient's name correctly when you placed order, you may reject this order.
